Hot News from Central New Jersey Council

The implementation schedule for our mandatory training requirement has been delayed, due to the challenges resulting from Hurricane Sandy. The new date by which all Cubmasters, Scoutmasters, Advisers, and Skippers must complete their required training courses is June 30, 2013. Every Scout deserves a trained leader! This site describes leadership training opportunities for scouts and adult leaders of the Boy Scouts of America.

The geographic focus is the Mercer Area District in the Central New Jersey Council, but opportunities provided by neighboring districts and councils are also listed. Please contact the course director or sponsoring council office for more information or to register for a course. Please register for courses as early as possible, and understand that some courses may have to be cancelled if registrations are inadequate by some cut-off point.
